Chiropractic Office Manager / Case Coordinator Chiropractic Clinic Los Angeles, CA Job Details Full-time $22.50 - $26.00 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Employee discount Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer operation Spanish English Medical scheduling Attention to detail Front desk Full Job Description Chiropractic Office Manager / PI Case Coordinator We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Office Manager / PI Case Coordinator to take an active role in the day-to-day operations of a busy chiropractic and personal injury practice. This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, follows through without constant supervision, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping patients, cases, and the office moving efficiently. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate personal injury patient cases from initial referral and scheduling through the course of treatment. Maintain frequent communication with patients, attorneys, law-office case managers, imaging centers, specialists, and other healthcare providers by phone, text, and email. Closely follow treatment recommendations, referrals, diagnostic studies, specialist appointments, and other outstanding items to ensure timely completion and minimize gaps in care. Proactively follow up with patients regarding appointments, missed visits, scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, and treatment compliance. Coordinate daily patient flow, including handling schedule changes, late arrivals, and other issues that arise throughout the day. Maintain organized and accurate electronic patient and case records. Supervise and support clinic staff, delegate tasks when appropriate, and help maintain an efficient and professional work environment. Assist with front-office or back-office operations when needed and be willing to step in wherever necessary to keep the clinic running smoothly. Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, staff, and outside offices in both languages. Strong team leadership and supervisory skills , with the ability to manage medical assistants, therapists, and other clinic staff; assign and prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and follow up to ensure responsibilities are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on personal injury case management or coordination experience strongly preferred. Prior experience in a chiropractic, rehabilitation, or other PI medical practice strongly preferred. Excellent communication and customer-service skills with a professional, friendly, and confident phone manner. Highly organized, detail-oriented, persistent, and able to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously. Strong follow-through and ability to work independently with minimal supervision . Comfortable making frequent outgoing calls and following up repeatedly when necessary until matters are resolved. Strong computer, typing, email, and general office technology skills. Experience with ChiroFusion and Office Ally is preferred. Workers' compensation experience is a plus. Previous experience supervising or coordinating a small team is preferred.
