WITH AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF DENTAL OFFICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Established Orthodontic Practice | Los Angeles We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly motivated Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with at least 5 years of dental or orthodontic management experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in treatment coordination and case presentation. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily office operations and workflow Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the dental team Maintain a positive, professional, and productive office environment Coordinate staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage Present orthodontic treatment plans and financial options to patients and parents Follow up with new patient consultations and help increase treatment acceptance Monitor scheduling, collections, accounts receivable, and office performance Handle patient concerns professionally and effectively Ensure office policies and systems are consistently followed Work closely with the doctor to achieve practice goals and maintain an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Minimum 5 years of dental/orthodontic managerial experience required Previous Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and team-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident and comfortable discussing treatment fees and financial arrangements Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, polished, personable, and dependable Sales-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive workplace culture Experience with dental practice-management software preferred Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the practice, leads by example, and understands how to create an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment. This is an important leadership position within our practice. We want someone who can build relationships with patients, inspire the team, improve systems, and help the practice continue to grow.
