Full Job Description Pay:
$17-$20 per hour Position Overview Juline School of Dance is seeking a friendly, organized, dependable, and professional Office Manager to support the daily operations of our busy dance studio. This position plays an important role in providing excellent customer service to our dancers and families, supporting our faculty and directors, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure the studio operates smoothly and professionally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with families and children, able to multitask, and willing to learn the unique day-to-day operations of a dance studio. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide friendly and professional customer service to current and prospective families. Answer phone calls, emails, and general questions regarding classes, registration, tuition, schedules, and studio programs. Maintain and monitor class enrollment and attendance. Communicate with teachers and families regarding students who have not been attending classes. Assist families with registration, class scheduling, transfers, and student account updates. Help ensure new and current families receive accurate information regarding classes, policies, events, and performances. Maintain organized and accurate student and studio records. Assist with basic bookkeeping, payment records, account information, and other administrative duties. Create and manage Jotform forms for recital T-shirts, USB/video orders, and other studio needs. Track and organize recital-related orders and information. Sell recital and performance tickets. Distribute performance wristbands and other materials when applicable. Assist with recital, performance, audition, and special-event preparation. Help prepare paperwork, forms, rosters, schedules, and other studio materials. Communicate important information to teachers, staff, dancers, and families as directed. Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional front office and lobby environment. Provide general administrative support to the owners and directors as needed. Assist with additional day-to-day studio responsibilities as assigned. Workin with Jackrabbit Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with families, children, and staff. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and office technology skills. Experience with bookkeeping, office administration, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Dependable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information professionally. Willingness to learn studio software, Jotform, and other systems used by Juline School of Dance.
