$22•26/hr Job Description Insight Global is seeking a reliable and dependable Part-Time Office Support professional to assist with daily office operations in a professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both in-person and virtual operations. The position involves light office management duties, basic facility upkeep, and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Support daily office operations to maintain a clean, organized, and functional work environment Take out trash regularly and ensure common areas are well-maintained Unload and load the dishwasher as needed Restock kitchen and office supplies, including the refrigerator Clean and maintain whiteboards and shared office spaces Pick up lunch orders on designated days (Tuesday and Thursday) Assist with basic office coordination needs for in-person and virtual meetings Provide general support to the Director of Operations and office staff Ensure the office is prepared for guests, meetings, and daily use Requirements Reliable, punctual, and dependable with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a professional office setting Basic understanding of workplace technology (Zoom, email, scheduling tools, etc.) Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize small daily tasks Professional demeanor and good communication skills Ability to work both in-person and support virtual operations as needed
