Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in California Background in pediatric therapy and experience with early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school students Ability to create individualized therapy plans and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals Strong interpersonal and communication skills Previous employment in schools or with pediatric populations preferredKey Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in Pre-K through Grade 12 Develop IEP goals and document progress, ensuring compliance with federal and state education guidelines Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions tailored to students' varying needs Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' overall educational experience Maintain thorough records and participate in meetings as needed If you're passionate about helping children and adolescents find their voice, this contract role could be the perfect match for your expertise.
