Full Job Description Overview:
Mastro's Restaurants are renowned for delivering an upscale steakhouse experience defined by premium USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood, and a sophisticated yet lively atmosphere. Known for exceptional service, elegant interiors, and live music in select locations, Mastro's blends classic fine dining with a modern luxury feel. As a Unit Accountant, you will support restaurant operations by managing reporting, onboarding and cost controls at the unit level. You will ensure accuracy in daily, weekly, and period-end financials while partnering with leadership to drive profitability and compliance.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily audits of financials, mid-month and month-end inventory for food, LBW and supplies Ensures all policies, procedures and systems are completed that maintain Company recipe and presentation standard for food and beverage Maintain vendors, employees, schedules, PLU's, Recipes Maintain payroll records Assist in maintaining Sales Force with regard to guest and employee claims Ensure renewal of all appropriate licenses, permits and all HR postings Balance the restaurant checkbook, make bank deposits and maintain all cash necessary for the business
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of administrative/bookkeeping experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel operation Proficient in Microsoft Office Utilize daily, weekly and monthly disciplines to ensure positive financial results Organize work and schedule activities with minimal direction so that objectives and deadlines are met Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic
EOE Pay Range:
USD $75,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
