Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting daily office operations while contributing to administrative, payroll, HR, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion. Key Responsibilities Support daily office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain scanning, filing, recordkeeping, and office storage systems Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar scheduling Provide administrative support in HR, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and basic accounting tasks Assist with compliance-related administrative duties as needed Communicate professionally and effectively with team members, vendors, and external partners Provide support in other operational areas as needed to help ensure smooth day-to-day business functions Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age, as required for this position under applicable California cannabis laws and regulations. Proven experience in office administration or a similar administrative support role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, Gmail, and QuickBooks Online Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and general administrative practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong attention to detail Ability to work independently while following company policies, procedures, and expectations Experience with payroll, bookkeeping, and HR support is strongly preferred Working knowledge of the cannabis industry is preferred Schedule Monday
