Robert Half is partnering with a respected law firm in San Francisco seeking a Receptionist / Legal Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to attorneys. This is a highly visible role that serves as the face of the office while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone systemGreet clients and visitors and maintain a professional front office environmentManage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveriesCoordinate conference room scheduling, meetings, and office eventsOrder and maintain office supplies and vendor relationshipsServe as a liaison with building managementProofread, format, and revise legal documentsConvert, organize, and redact documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDFMaintain electronic files and document management systemsProcess expense reports, timesheets, and other administrative requestsAssist attorneys with travel arrangements and other administrative support
