They provide weekly supervision, lead treatment team meetings, review clinical documentation, and act as a lead in the absence of the Program Manager. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, supporting staff development, addressing incidents, and auditing records for compliance. Requirements include a master's degree, an active state license (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or Psychologist), and at least two years of independent licensure. Must have experience with diverse populations, cultural competence, reliable transportation, and pass background checks.
