Responsibilities include Providing client-focused technical accounting guidance Leading education and development of a team from associates to managers Partnering on mergers, acquisitions, sell-side, and capital market transactions Supporting audit teams with technical review of transactions Building long-term relationships with clients and key executives Upholding professionalism and integrity within the work environment Qualifications required include Minimum eight years of experience in public accounting, advisory, or corporate finance Bachelor's degree and CPA or equivalent license Strong expertise in consolidation (including VIE evaluations), stock compensation, and leasing under US GAAP and IFRS Ability to connect with senior executives and lead diverse teams Willingness to travel and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship We offer a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment.
