Job Description
Description We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support daily workplace operations. This long-term contract position will oversee administrative coordination, calendar management, front-desk support, and office services that keep the environment running smoothly. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day office activities to ensure an efficient and well-organized workplace environment.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and shared calendars to support smooth internal operations.
- Arrange meal orders for the office while tracking timing, delivery, and related details.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish office materials to maintain consistent supply availability.
- Support accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and assisting with expense-related administrative work.
- Welcome visitors, answer incoming communications, and provide attentive front-desk assistance.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, document organization, and routine office correspondence.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to address operational needs and improve office support processes. Requirements
- Previous experience in office management, administrative coordination, or a similar support role.
- Working knowledge of office supply purchasing, inventory tracking, and general workplace administration.
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and basic invoice handling.
- Ability to manage calendars, coordinate logistics, and balance competing priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills with experience providing receptionist or front-desk support.
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail in a fast-moving office setting.
- Proficiency with standard office software and administrative tools.
