Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial interior construction projects focused on corporate office buildouts, tenant improvements (TI), and workplace environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience delivering high-end, design-driven interiors in fast-paced settings. You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout Oversee high-end interior finishes, ensuring quality, detailing, and design intent are met Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasting Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams across multiple active projects Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure scope alignment and constructability Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality Drive execution in fast-track, occupied environments with minimal disruption Collaborate with preconstruction teams on budgeting, buyout, and planning Identify and resolve project risks, field issues, and coordination challenges Requirements 10-15+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Strong background in commercial interiors, corporate workplace, and tenant improvements (TI) Experience delivering high-end, design-focused interior projects Proven success managing fast-track projects in occupied environments Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of construction drawings, specs, and contracts Experience with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Health insurance + benefits package Retirement plan options Paid time off Opportunity to lead high-impact, design-driven workplace projects
