You need to thrive in a fast paced environment and be highly flexible and recover quickly from challenges. If you like building and running systems where there are none, you excel at problem-solving, and thrive in an autonomous, high-accountability environment, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities Customer & Sales Support:
Handle incoming calls, schedule sales/project appointments, send client updates, and follow up post-job to ensure complete satisfaction.
Project & Field Scheduling:
Prepare project paperwork and publish daily schedules for painters.
Office & Financial Admin:
Assist the third-party bookkeeper, process receipts (Receipt Bank), manage electronic files, and maintain office supplies.
HR & Payroll:
Manage job postings, candidate screening, painter onboarding, weekly timesheets, payroll submission, and PTO tracking.
Marketing Support:
Maintain the marketing calendar, coordinate with vendors, and manage client appreciation gifts.
Qualifications & Requirements Administrative Experience:
At least 3+ years on your resume supporting a business owner or high-level manager.
Project Coordination:
Proven ability to oversee project schedules, resources, and timelines.
Tech-Savvy:
A great candidate is experienced in cloud based software like CRMs and Project Management software and will be excited to use technology to perform the role and solve problems.

High accountability, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and self-motivation. You are a self starter and thrive in a fast paced environment, You are good at seeing challenges and creating solutions with little or no direction. Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage several projects at once. Clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers, crews, and vendors.
Background Check & Assessment:
Must pass a background check and complete a DISC assessment. Schedule Monday-Friday 8-4:30 Overtime possible if interested In our office preferred Compensation and Benefits $27.00 per hour 2 weeks PTO Sick Time 8 paid holidays per year
Pay:
From $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
