This role serves as the operational anchor for our Santa Monica office and a trusted partner to executives operating at the protocol and systems layer of Web3. This is a senior, high-trust position suited for someone who has already worked in deep-tech, cryptographic, or protocol-level environments and understands the pace, ambiguity, and discretion required. You will support leaders working on foundational technology—privacy, decentralized systems, and scalable infrastructure—rather than consumer-facing products. Responsibilities Executive Support (Founder & C-Suite) Act as a trusted right hand to multiple executives, managing dense, high-stakes calendars across global time zones Office Leadership (Santa Monica HQ) Own day-to-day operations of the Santa Monica office as the physical hub for a remote-first organization Host visiting executives, engineers, investors, partners, and advisors with professionalism and polish Manage facilities, vendors, services, supplies, and office logistics Ensure the office operates at an executive standard and supports focused, high-quality work Protocol-Level Operations & Coordination Support executives working on blockchain infrastructure, cryptography, zero-knowledge systems, or decentralized networks Coordinate across globally distributed teams using async-first workflows Maintain internal documentation, operational systems, and processes that scale with technical growth Support protocol launches, partner integrations, board meetings, and investor processes Proactively identify operational friction and solve it before it impacts leadership or execution Anticipate needs in an environment where priorities evolve quickly and decisions are often confidential or market-sensitive Coordinate complex international travel involving technical conferences, partner meetings, investors, and internal offsites Serve as a gatekeeper and signal filter for inbound requests, protecting executive focus Prepare executive briefings, agendas, and follow-ups for leadership, board, and investor meetings Handle sensitive information related to protocol development, partnerships, funding, and strategy with absolute discretion Skills Proven experience in executive administrative support or office management roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years of experience supporting founders or C-suite executives in Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or deep-tech environments Direct experience in protocol-level, infrastructure, cryptography, or privacy-focused companies Proven ability to manage multiple executive calendars across international time zones Strong understanding of remote-first and decentralized organizational models Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace Exceptional organizational skills and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments High discretion, sound judgment, and executive presence Clear, concise written and verbal communication Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
