This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of hands-on experience managing personal injury matters who is looking for a long-term position with room to grow. Key Responsibilities Initiate insurance claims and prepare letters of representation Gather and organize case materials, including police and traffic reports, photographs, and intake documentation Track and follow up on clients' medical care and treatment progress Request, collect, and maintain medical records and billing statements Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide case updates Open and manage Medi-Cal and Medicare claims Assist with preparing and sending demand packages Coordinate settlement disbursements and closing documentation What We're Looking For Minimum of one year of experience handling personal injury files Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $24 to $50 per hour, depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Health insurance benefits Paid sick leave and paid time off Parental leave Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities Schedule & Location Full-time position In-office role If you're looking to build a lasting career in personal injury law with a supportive and driven team, we'd love to hear from you.
