The ideal candidate MUST have previous experience in the Construction or Home Improvement industry. You will be responsible for streamlining our daily operations, managing project documentation, and ensuring excellent communication between our field team and clients.
Responsibilities Project Coordination:
Manage permits, change orders, and project schedules specific to home improvement jobs.
Financial Tasks:
Handle invoicing and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks . Experience with construction-related billing is a plus.
Vendor & Subcontractor Management:
Coordinate with material suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely deliveries and project flow.
Customer Service:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing project updates and professional phone etiquette.
Office Operations:
Maintain filing systems, order office supplies, and support the management team with administrative tasks.
Qualifications Industry Experience:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in Construction, Remodeling, or Home Improvement .
Software Skills:
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
Bilingual:
Fluent in English and Spanish is highly preferred to communicate with our diverse team and client base.
Detail-Oriented:
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
