We are looking for motivated real estate agents who want to learn to step into the luxury side of real estate and build a long-term business within a higher price point segment of the market while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is based inside an office with a dedicated luxury division, giving you direct exposure to how experienced agents position themselves, communicate with clients, and operate within the luxury real estate space. You will learn how luxury properties are presented, marketed, and positioned while continuing to strengthen the communication skills needed to work with high-level buyers and sellers. The focus is on building confidence, refining how you present value, and learning to guide clients through important decisions with professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail. Working alongside experienced luxury real estate agents, you will gain insight into how top producers approach negotiations, marketing strategies, client relationships, and daily business activity. Through real exposure, collaboration, and structured support, you will continue developing your personal brand, sharpening your skill set, and building momentum within the luxury real estate market. Compensation:
$165,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
Qualifications:
