Part Time Office Manager—Children's Dance Studio Metropolitan Academy of Dance Centennial, CO Job Details Part-time $20 - $25 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Calendar management Purchasing Stocking Office management Editing Full Job Description We are seeking a warm, organized Part-Time Office Manager to create an exceptional experience for prospective and current families while keeping our front office accurate, responsive, and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Greet families professionally in person, by phone, and by email. Guide prospective families through inquiries, trial classes, enrollment, registration, and payment processes. Respond to parent questions and communicate class information, schedule changes, studio policies, reminders, and closures. Process registrations, tuition payments, merchandise sales, and records accurately and confidentially. Maintain studio-management software records and support attendance follow-up. Coordinate costume communication, student sizing, purchasing, order accuracy, distribution, and recital logistics with teachers. Proofread orders and communications carefully. Manage the studio calendar and send reminders for events, rehearsals, and closures. Support recital logistics, including supervising backstage as needed. Keep the front desk, lobby, classrooms, and bathrooms clean, organized, and welcoming; complete light cleaning and stock supplies. Open and/or close the studio as scheduled. Support the studio director and instructors with administrative needs, substitute-teacher coordination, private-lesson and rental requests, and team events. Assist with occasional newsletters, flyers, and social-media tasks. Qualifications Customer-service and administrative experience; office-management, studio-administration, front-desk, enrollment, or similar experience is preferred. Friendly, professional communication with parents, children, and staff. Excellent organization, accuracy, follow-through, and comfort with technology and studio-management software. Positive, solutions-oriented, reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality. Dance, performing-arts, youth-program, or education experience is a plus, but not required. Reliable availability for regular weekday afternoon/evening and Saturday morning hours is required.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
