We are looking for an experienced, organized, and highly dependable Office Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across office administration, accounting, purchasing, sales support, production coordination, and marketing. What You'll Do Office & Administrative Management
  • Manage daily office opening and closing, phones, mail, filing, supplies, equipment, and office organization
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming office and Design Center environment
  • Coordinate staff travel, training, meetings, and administrative projects
  • Assist management with implementing new systems, processes, and technology
  • Oversee office-related IT needs and maintain company documentation and procedures Sales & Client Support
  • Process incoming leads and maintain lead documentation
  • Prepare prospect and new-client information packets
  • Support the sales team and help create a positive client experience Production & Purchasing
  • Coordinate and track warranty calls
  • Set up and maintain trade-partner information and documentation
  • Monitor material inventory and production-related needs
  • Prepare and review purchase orders
  • Order, receive, and inspect materials and supplies
  • Maintain production vehicle registrations Accounting & HR
  • Process accounts payable and receivable and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare bank deposits, job-costing reports, purchase orders, and weekly financial reports
  • Assist with payroll and tax preparation
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivable
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, workers' compensation, insurance, and background checks
  • Serve as the company's administrative HR representative Marketing & Business Development
  • Manage the marketing and promotional budget
  • Coordinate client satisfaction surveys
  • Support social media, email, website, and digital/print advertising initiatives
  • Coordinate vehicle graphics and marketing materials
  • Help organize home shows, networking events, and other promotional activities What We're Looking For
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant office management, accounting, or business experience
  • Experience with accounting, AP/AR, payroll, and data entry
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • An understanding of basic construction or remodeling operations is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer-service mindset with both clients and coworkers
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter who can work independently while contributing positively to a team
