Description Robert Half is partnering with a construction services company seeking an Office Manager / Full-Charge Bookkeeper. This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role and take ownership of the accounting and administrative functions for a stable, employee-focused business. The Office Manager will serve as the primary accounting and administrative professional within a small office environment, supporting multiple entities and working closely with ownership. This position offers a high degree of autonomy, variety, and long-term stability.

Responsibilities Include:

+ Full-cycle Accounts Payable, including vendor setup, W-9s, COIs, and 1099 processing

+ Accounts Receivable cash application and payment posting

+ Bank deposits and reconciliations across multiple accounts

+ Weekly payroll processing, payroll tax filings, and quarterly reporting

+ Job costing support and project-related accounting activities

+ Lien waiver administration

+ Assist with annual audits and year-end accounting processes

+ Coordinate with external CPA firm on tax and financial matters

+ Maintain accounting records and support day-to-day office operations

+ Provide administrative support and act as a key resource for field and office personnel Requirements + 3-5+ years of hands-on accounting, bookkeeping, or office management experience

+ Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits

+ Experience with AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping

+ Construction industry and job costing experience preferred

+ Experience with Foundation software is a plus
