Robert Half is partnering with a construction services company seeking an Office Manager / Full-Charge Bookkeeper. This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role and take ownership of the accounting and administrative functions for a stable, employee-focused business.

The Office Manager will serve as the primary accounting and administrative professional within a small office environment, supporting multiple entities and working closely with ownership. This position offers a high degree of autonomy, variety, and long-term stability.
Responsibilities Include:
Full-cycle Accounts Payable, including vendor setup, W-9s, COIs, and 1099 processingAccounts Receivable cash application and payment postingBank deposits and reconciliations across multiple accountsWeekly payroll processing, payroll tax filings, and quarterly reportingJob costing support and project-related accounting activitiesLien waiver administrationAssist with annual audits and year-end accounting processesCoordinate with external CPA firm on tax and financial mattersMaintain accounting records and support day-to-day office operationsProvide administrative support and act as a key resource for field and office personnel
