Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Office Administrator to join our team. This is a client-facing role that serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming calls. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with computers and office technology. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management Contacts Vendors as needed for Office Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks Support staff with data entry, document preparation, and client communications Help maintain a clean and professional office environment Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable answering and directing phone calls Proficient with computers and common office software (Microsoft Office, email, internet applications) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred, but not required Experience working in a professional services, accounting, legal, or financial office is a plus.
