Location:
Grand Junction, CO Position Overview The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office to ensure efficiency, organization, and exceptional customer service. This position manages office procedures, maintains accurate records, coordinates communication with customers and vendors, and provides administrative support to management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with vehicle titles is preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the office and administrative functions Answer and direct incoming phone calls, greet customers, and provide professional customer service. Maintain accurate office records, files, and documentation. Process invoices, payments, deposits, and other financial paperwork as assigned. Prepare, process, and maintain vehicle title documentation in compliance with state regulations (preferred). Coordinate with customers, vendors, financial institutions, and government agencies as needed. Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars. Order and maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly. Assist management with reports, correspondence, and other administrative projects. Ensure confidentiality of company and customer information. Support company policies and procedures while maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous office experience required. Experience with vehicle title processing is preferred. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software. Ability to learn company-specific software and procedures. Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in recordkeeping and data entry. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
