Job Description
We are looking for a dependable Office Manager to support daily administrative operations for a growing construction company in Colorado. This position is ideal for someone who brings a welcoming approach to customer interactions, stays organized in a busy office setting, and takes initiative when priorities shift. The role is fully onsite, scheduled for 40 hours per week, and offers benefits.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office activities to keep administrative processes organized, efficient, and on schedule. Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide attentive front-desk support for customers and internal team members. Manage the purchasing, tracking, and restocking of office materials to ensure supplies are consistently available. Process accounts payable tasks accurately, including handling invoices and supporting timely payment workflows. Assist with a variety of administrative needs across the office, adapting quickly to new assignments as business demands change. Maintain records, documents, and general office systems so information is easy to access and well organized. At least 2 years of experience in an office management, administrative, or similar support role. Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and approachable communication style. Experience performing receptionist or front-desk duties in a business environment. Familiarity with ordering, monitoring, and maintaining office supply inventory. Ability to learn new tasks quickly and take initiative without constant direction. Comfortable supporting a team in a fully onsite office setting for a 40-hour workweek.
