This role is the first impression of our company and plays a critical part in creating a welcoming, polished, and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and employees. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Client Experience Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors Manage incoming mail & deliveries Maintain a clean, professional, and organized front office Coordinate visitor check-in and meeting logistics Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience Office Operations & Administration Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility needs Coordinate maintenance and service providers Maintain office procedures and documentation Coordinate meeting spaces and internal events Executive Support Provide calendar, meeting, and travel support to leadership Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence Handle confidential information with discretion Track action items and support key initiatives
Qualifications Required:
3+ years of experience in office administration or similar role Strong organization and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace High professionalism and attention to detailPreferred:
