La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Loveland is looking for an energetic, service-focused Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk team and help create memorable stays for our guests. As the Front Office Supervisor, you will work closely with hotel leadership to ensure smooth daily operations, outstanding guest service, and a positive team environment. Duties Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient and friendly guest service at all times Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS) to optimize room availability and guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and problem-solving skills Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy Enforce hotel emergency procedures to guarantee safety and compliance during incidents or emergencies Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar property management software Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and front desk protocols Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction via phone and in person Ability to lead a team, motivate staff, and maintain high standards of hospitality service Previous experience in resort settings or luxury hotels is preferred Join us in creating memorable experiences by delivering outstanding guest services with energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
