Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure an exceptional experience for every visitor. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily front desk operations that include reservations, valet & concierge services. The Front Office Manager manage guest relations, and maintain a smooth communication across all departments. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality management, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As the face of our property, you will create a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries. Lead the front office team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guest needs are met promptly and professionally. Manage property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, STAYNTOUCH or similar platforms to handle reservations, billing, and guest data accurately. Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting. Implement hotel emergency procedures effectively, ensuring staff are trained and prepared for any situation. Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and multi-line phone system management to handle guest calls efficiently. Foster strong guest relations by resolving issues promptly, handling complaints with professionalism, and enhancing overall guest experience. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations across the property. Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests from various cultural backgrounds. Uphold safety protocols and hotel policies while promoting a hospitable environment that encourages repeat visits. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong understanding of hotel management principles. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication. Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is highly desirable. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are preferred to serve an international clientele effectively. Exceptional phone communication skills, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism. Resort experience or background in hospitality reservation systems is advantageous. Pay:
$26.46 - $28.80 per hour
