$125,000 annually

Schedule:
Full-time leadership position in office, no remote work. While business needs may occasionally require additional hours, the schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. About the
Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with strong bookkeeping skills to become a key member of our leadership team. This position serves as a strategic business partner to ownership, providing financial leadership, business insight, and operational analysis that supports sound decision-making and the continued growth of the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
As the Office Manager you will provide leadership for all office and financial operations while partnering with ownership to support the company's strategic objectives. We're seeking a hands-on leader who enjoys contributing beyond the numbers. The successful candidate will be comfortable partnering with ownership, providing strategic financial guidance, improving business processes, and helping the organization continue to grow.
Office Manager Responsibilities include:
Lead all accounting and financial operations, including the general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliations. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses for ownership. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and cash management. Develop, implement, and strengthen internal controls, financial procedures, and reporting processes. Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, electronic banking, and financing activities. Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and overall business effectiveness.
Office Manager Qualifications:
Previous experience as an office manager within a manufacturing environment. A strong background in accounting and bookkeeping including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, general ledger, and account reconciliations. Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing accounting and office staff. Experience managing banking relationships, treasury functions, and electronic banking. Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel. Experience within manufacturing, metal finishing, plating, or related industrial operations is a plus.
