This includes a wide range of items such as electronics, furnishings, textiles, documents, and other high-value personal or business property. The business operates in a highly referral-driven environment, working closely with insurance-related partners, contractors, and property service professionals. Most work originates from active insurance claims following property damage events, requiring strong coordination and responsiveness. The local team is small and tightly coordinated (approximately 8 employees), with a strong emphasis on communication, operational efficiency, and execution under time-sensitive conditions. Position Summary The Office Manager will serve as the operational hub of the organization, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, insurance partners, and field technicians. This role is critical due to a recent vacancy and will directly impact day-to-day workflow, scheduling, communication, and job execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment where priorities shift based on active insurance claims and restoration needs. Key Responsibilities Operational Coordination Schedule and coordinate restoration jobs based on incoming insurance claims Dispatch technicians for pickups, deliveries, and field support Coordinate logistics for materials, equipment, and job execution Client & Partner Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries Communicate with insurance adjusters, contractors, and property managers Provide timely updates between office staff and field technicians Administrative Support Maintain job files, documentation, and internal records Assist with insurance claim documentation and workflow tracking Support general office administration and operational organization Systems Management Utilize franchise-provided internal job management systems Work within insurance platforms such as Xactimate and carrier-specific portals Ensure accurate data entry and job lifecycle tracking Candidate Profile Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills (internal and external) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable coordinating across field and office-based teams Strong problem-solving and operational mindset Experience in dispatch, office coordination, restoration, construction, or insurance-related environments preferred Compensation & Benefits Base salary: ~$60,000 401(k) plan available Medical insurance (company covers ~75%) Two weeks paid time off Work Schedule & Environment Fully onsite role
