Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general bookkeepingCertified / Union payroll processing Maintain job costing records and track project-related expensesAIA billingManage vendor invoices, subcontractor documentation, and office recordsOversee daily office operations, supplies, filing, and administrative supportCoordinate communication with vendors, clients, and internal teamsQualifications:
3+ years of bookkeeping and/or office management experienceConstruction industry experience preferredKnowledge of AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and job costingProficiency in construction accounting software preferred Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsThis is a great opportunity to join a growing company and contribute in a highly visible, impactful role.Our client offers some of the best benefits in the industry!
