Primary responsibilities Learn and help refine the existing sales process. Work closely in a team setting to ensure billing/invoicing and service is appropriately completed. Participate in weekly sales team meetings. Process sales data and progress reports. Compose sales reports. Follow up on sales leads. Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries. Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed. Answer questions about product or warranties. Maintain client database. Ensure all client information is correct. Proposal creation. Including the ability to make power point presentations. Customer visits and cold calling activities. Communicate to internal and external clients and colleagues with a high level of professionalism and positivity. Organize events, conferences, and other meetings. Snow Dispatcher/Route Leader (seasonal). Work on special projects and tasks as assigned. Skill Requirements BS degree preferred, work experience or exposure to sales and project management. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members. Strong analytical and communication skills. Attention to detail and willingness to roll-up sleeves to get the job done.
