Job Description

Office Administrator - Full-Time Choices for Community Living (CCL) is looking for an experienced, organized, and dependable Office Administrator to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our office running smoothly and providing day-to-day administrative support to our management team. We're looking for someone who can stay organized, manage multiple priorities, work independently, and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed. What You'll Do Provide administrative support to the Director, Assistant Director, Human Resources, Program Coordinator, Residential Managers, and Day Habilitation Managers Assist with daily office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment inventory, vehicle records, and postage Maintain employee rosters, training grids, fleet registrations, spreadsheets, and other tracking systems Register employees for required trainings and maintain training records in Relias Assist with accounts payable and other office-related documentation Coordinate with vendors for office and program needs, including maintenance and service requests Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and FedEx shipments Answer incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, and direct calls as needed Maintain policy and procedure manuals and other agency records Prepare correspondence, mailings, reports, and other administrative documents Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining organized records Provide additional administrative support and assist with special projects as needed Schedule Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years of administrative or office experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office , including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with spreadsheets, formulas, data tracking, and maintaining accurate records Experience with Relias and DDDS systems preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and follow through on tasks Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy office environment High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join CCL?
