Job Description

Office Manager Location:
Aventura, FL Salary Range:
$40,000 - $50,000 (Depending on Experience) Our team is looking for a personable and detail-oriented Receptionist & Office Manager to oversee front desk activities and provide administrative support in our Aventura office. Spanish communication skills are strongly preferred, as some interaction in Spanish will be required. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, thrives on organization, and takes pride in delivering a positive first impression. In this position, you'll help keep day-to-day office operations running efficiently while supporting staff, leadership, and visitors alike.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately Manage conference room scheduling and office coordination Maintain calendars and assist with meeting arrangements Prepare expense reports and assist with light accounting duties Distribute mail, packages, and incoming deliveries Help maintain organized and presentable shared office spaces Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk, administrative support, or receptionist position Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bilingual - English & Spanish is highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Professional attitude with close attention to detail #
