Job Description

Seeking office manager for three days a week, Otolaryngologist (ENT). Needs to be diverse in many duties. Job duties will include and not limited to these job functions. Posting EFT's and checks, familiar with computer skills, and how to preform Excel spreadsheet, word, how to scan documents and send faxes. Help with denials of claims along with billing. sending claims and posting refunds Balance day sheet at end of day, doing monthly reports of the practice and sitting in on monthly meetings with doctor and accountant. Simple plan statement monthly Set up payment sites like payspan, Instamed etc, participating insurance sites and receiving EOB's for various Insurance sites. Annual employee evaluations Help with billing question calls Take patient or insurance payments using the credit card terminal. Commission slips for audiologist regarding Hearing aids and hearing test Do allowable for audiology and Insurance allowable for front desk yearly. Read emails, weekly credit card scanning and yearly compliance for credit card terminals Cover for billing or front desk if needed while other employees are off. Order supplies for office, clerical, sometimes allergy or medical supplies Insurance credentialing for each insurance every three years, update and verify address directory every three months for each insurance. Yearly employee forms need to be updated, W2, etc., hiring new employees. Keep track of office repairs and receipts, malpractice, DEA, business license, office insurance for building. MIPS each year Curemd EMR, scheduling templates for doctor and audiologists, billing and reports Notes of closure of office Setting up email and answering emails that pertain to business
Pay:
$25.39 - $30.57 per hour
