Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient workflows across multiple departments, including customer service, order processing, bookkeeping support, shipping coordination, and general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Process incoming customer orders received via email, phone, and other channels using internal systems such as Salesforce Accurately enter sales orders into QuickBooks and maintain well-organized records Assist with accounts receivable, payment follow-ups, bookkeeping support, and record maintenance Provide support with accounts payable and routine financial administrative duties Prepare shipments and generate labels using UPS WorldShip and FedEx systems Support purchasing, inventory coordination, stock tracking, and dropship order processing Answer incoming calls professionally and route inquiries as needed Update product details, pricing, and content on the company website Utilize Excel and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Assist with additional office tasks as priorities evolve Preferred Experience Experience in administrative support, order entry, office coordination, or bookkeeping Familiarity with QuickBooks, Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, and similar office software Understanding of invoicing, receivables, purchasing, inventory, and shipping processes Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Ideal Candidate Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude Highly organized with excellent follow-through Reliable, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems and processes Friendly and approachable when assisting customers and team members Valid driver's license is a plus Position Details Full-time Monday through Friday 8-hour daytime schedule $17.00 - $21.50 per hour Benefits 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for long-term growth within a growing company
