This is a high-visibility, on-site role for someone who thrives as the operational backbone of a fast-paced, growing organization. About the Role The Corporate Office Manager serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office operations, facilities, and workplace experience - while also providing high-level administrative support to leadership and helping drive cross-functional projects forward. Office Operations & Workplace Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office operations Open and secure the office as the designated keyholder, adjusting schedules as business needs require Manage office access, including key fobs, security credentials, and visitor access Ensure the office remains organized, well-stocked, professional, and guest-ready Coordinate mail, packages, courier services, and general office communications Support meeting room readiness, workplace technology, and office logistics Facilities & Vendor Management Partner with building management on facility needs, maintenance requests, and workplace improvements Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely, effective support Oversee office supplies, inventory, and workplace resources while managing the supply budget Support the continued development and optimization of the Fort Lauderdale office space Administrative Support Coordinate catering and logistics for meetings, executive visits, and office events Maintain organized physical and digital records Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Project & Operational Coordination Support internal projects and cross-functional initiatives by tracking timelines, action items, and deliverables Follow up with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met Identify opportunities to improve office processes and operational efficiency Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in corporate office management, office administration, project management, executive support, or a related role Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across the organization Demonstrated professionalism and discretion handling confidential information Experience supporting executives or senior leadership teams Experience coordinating vendors, facilities, or workplace operations Experience supporting a growing organization, new office location, or startup environment (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
