Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled Office Administrator to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of office activities and providing exceptional administrative support. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Greet visitors and handle receptionist duties, providing a welcoming and attentive experience.
- Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date records and databases.
- Support various administrative functions, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with preparing reports and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall office goals and objectives.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned to contribute to the success of the organization. Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles, including receptionist and office support.
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inquiries professionally.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Familiarity with office software applications and technology.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
