Job Description

Job Summary We are an industrial Dy Cleaning company serving hotels, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator with experience in QuickBooks, basic accounting, and overall office management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily office operations, tracking accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative activities.
Requirements:
Experience with QuickBooks Basic bookkeeping/account knowledge Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage office operations independently
Bilingual:
English and Spanish If you are proactive, dependable, and take pride in keeping an office running efficiently, we would love to hear from you.
