Office Administrator Anko Products, Inc. - 3.9 Hialeah, FL Job Details Full-time $16 - $19 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Administrative experience Full Job Description August 3, 2026 Office administrator This position will work in a small office environment supporting the Plant Manager in a busy manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities and functions will include:
Coordinating all shipments to customers: Preparing shipment paperwork including packing slips and bills of lading. Understanding different transportation modes and classifications. Using Fed Ex and UPS shipping software. Calling carriers. Communicating order status to Customer Service. Working with management and manufacturing personnel to determine new order lead times. Preparing weekly supply requisitions. Spot checking inventory accuracy and troubleshooting accuracy problems. Preparing manufacturing work orders. Acting receptionist for limited walk in traffic. Coordinating other outside services as needed by the Plant Manager. The successful candidate will have similar experience in a busy office, preferably in a manufacturing environment: Accuracy and attention to detail is a must. Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Quickbooks experience. Demonstrated experience coordinating different modes of transport.
