Business Office Coordinator - Assisted Living Facility Waters Edge of Lake Wales is seeking a dedicated and organized Business Office Coordinator to join our team at our assisted living facility. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily business office operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable Assist residents and their families with financial inquiries, payments, and documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and financial files Coordinate with healthcare staff and management to ensure smooth administrative processes Prepare financial reports and assist with budget tracking Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and confidentiality standards Support the admissions process by verifying insurance and financial eligibility Handle correspondence and communication with residents, families, and vendors
Skills and Qualifications:
