Office Manager - Boutique Fee-for-Service Cosmetic & General Dental PracticeDowntown Naples, Florida Confidential Search An established, boutique-style dental practice in the heart of Downtown Naples is seeking an exceptional Office Manager to join our leadership team. This is a confidential opportunity that will be discussed in greater detail during the interview process. Our practice is built on relationships, clinical excellence, and delivering an elevated patient experience. We are looking for a polished, confident leader who thrives in a high-end, patient-centered environment and is passionate about creating an organized, efficient, and positive workplace. If you enjoy leading a team, partnering directly with a doctor, and helping patients confidently move forward with treatment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead the daily administrative operations of a boutique fee-for-service practice. Partner closely with the doctor to ensure exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence while helping patients understand the value of their care. Oversee scheduling to maximize productivity while maintaining an outstanding patient experience. Manage front office workflows, patient communications, insurance coordination, and financial arrangements. Coach, mentor, and hold the administrative team accountable to high performance standards. Monitor key practice metrics including production, collections, scheduling efficiency, and treatment acceptance. Foster a positive, service-oriented culture where patients and team members feel valued. Assist with hiring, onboarding, team development, and performance management. Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, efficiency, and the overall patient experience. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Dental Office Management experience (5+ years preferred) Fee-for-service and cosmetic dentistry experience strongly preferred Proficient with Dentrix Proven success presenting treatment plans and increasing case acceptance Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Financially minded with experience reviewing KPIs, production, collections, and scheduling efficiency Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working directly alongside the doctor as a strategic partner We Are Looking For Someone Who Leads by example with integrity and professionalism Takes ownership and solves problems proactively Builds trust with patients and the team Loves creating structure, accountability, and consistency Brings positive energy and a solutions-oriented mindset Understands that exceptional patient experiences drive practice growth What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Continuing education and professional development Opportunity to work in a beautiful, modern boutique practice Collaborative leadership environment with a doctor who values partnership and innovation Long-term career growth with a practice committed to excellence Confidential Search This position is being conducted confidentially.
