The Role We are a growing, operations-driven business in Central Florida seeking a Finance & Office Administrator to own financial accounting, management accounting, and the end-to-end executive reporting process. This role includes hands-on bookkeeping and data entry, but also requires cross-department coordination, analytical thinking, and accountability. The position is intentionally designed to grow into a Controller / Operations Finance role as the company scales. The Role You will be taking LEAD on our financial management, reporting, and administrative functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on financial, management, and executive reporting within a fast-paced environment, with a clear pathway toward a Controller track. You need to possess strong accounting skills, technical expertise in financial software, and a proactive approach to managing financial operations.
