Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Office Administrator who enjoys being the reliable backbone of a small office and making a meaningful impact every day. Position Overview The Office Administrator is a critical, hands-on role responsible for keeping the Firm running smoothly. This individual will manage daily office operations, support attorneys and staff, and serve as the go-to person for administrative and organizational needs. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, a problem solver, and comfortable working independently without constant supervision in a small-firm setting. Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive, well-organized, and professional work environment Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance Administer incoming and outgoing mail Handle general correspondence, phone calls, and client inquiries professionally Greet clients and visitors while ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment Assist with employee onboarding & offboarding Maintain client files and records in accordance with firm policies and confidentiality requirements Support overall office coordination, administrative tasks, and special projects •This is a general list of responsibilities and is subject to change based on the Firm's needs. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in office administration, preferably in a law firm or small professional office Excellent time management and organizational abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills A positive "can-do" attitude, and a professional demeanor with a friendly disposition Comfortable taking initiative and problem-solving without extensive supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (i.e, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.), and

This is a Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, in-office position.
