This position handles lead intake, payroll, scheduling, customer communication, and general office administration. Responsibilities Manage the owner's calendar, appointments, reminders, and to-do list. Assist with daily business and administrative needs. Respond to leads from Facebook, Google Ads, phone calls, emails, and website submissions. Assign leads to the appropriate estimator or salesperson. Follow up with customers regarding appointments, estimates, and proposals. Collect employee hours, reimbursements, and other payroll information. Prepare weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records. Answer phone calls and organize emails, documents, and customer files. Assist with proposals, invoices, scheduling, and payment follow-ups. Coordinate with sales, project management, and field crews. Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks. Handle confidential company and employee information professionally. Qualifications Previous office management, administrative, or executive assistant experience. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through. Comfortable handling payroll and confidential information. Proficient with email, spreadsheets, calendars, CRM systems, and office software. Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities. Construction or home-service industry experience is preferred but not required.
