Job Description

We are a fast-growing commercial sign company seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This role is critical to keeping projects moving by accurately processing purchase orders, creating work orders for production, and providing professional customer service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment, enjoys working with details, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and extremely detail-oriented. What You'll Do Process and verify incoming purchase orders Create and enter work orders for the production team Answer and manage incoming phone calls from customers and vendors Communicate order details between sales, production, and customers Ensure orders are entered accurately and on time Maintain organized digital records and documentation Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed Help keep projects and internal communication running efficiently Maintain Electronic Files What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Is extremely organized and detail-oriented Can manage multiple tasks and priorities Works well independently and takes ownership of their responsibilities Is comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Exceptional Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Demonstrates Ability to Manage Projects and Work Without Supervision Preferred Experience 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or order processing experience 2+ years of Quickbooks Online experience Experience working with purchase orders or work orders Experience in construction, manufacturing, or the sign industry is a plus Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and office software) Use specialized software for estimating, data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Experience working with Google Docs and Sheets Notary Public, or able to obtain
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
