Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy using multi-line phone systems. Oversee daily office management tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records using spreadsheets and productivity software. Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments, meetings, and events to ensure seamless time management for staff. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client communication efforts. Handle clerical duties such as word processing, proofreading documents, and preparing reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Utilize computer skills to update databases, manage correspondence, and support administrative processes efficiently. Assist with technical proficiency tasks including managing office supplies inventory and troubleshooting basic office equipment. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software. Excellent typing speed, data entry accuracy, and proofreading abilities. Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and professional communication. Demonstrated ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, calendar management, and document preparation efficiently. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous office experience demonstrating computer literacy, customer support capabilities, and technical proficiency is preferred.
