Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Business Office Manager, experienced in overseeing billing and collections in a multi-facility nursing home organization. The right candidate has extensive knowledge of third-party billing, experience in setting up and managing billing software (Point Click Care is preferred), experienced in developing and managing policy and procedural compliance, enjoy being part of an organization but have an independent drive for success. We're seeking an individual with sound management skills and a track record for success, with experience in successfully maintaining low receivable balances.
Qualifications:
5 plus years' experience managing and overseeing multiple nursing facilities business office matters Extensive experience managing billing systems, setting up rooms and new payor types, managing security and troubleshooting; Point-Click-Care, ideally Healthcare billing and collection experience with nursing home receivable which includes Medicaid and Medicare Part A & B, HMO's Experience developing billing office and business office policies and compliance oversight for billing, debt collection, Medicare compliance, Medicare bad debt documentation, resident trust management, documentation requests, etc… Must have a sound knowledge and experience to identify best practices Strong background in managing Medicaid pending and eligibility matters Experience with Medicaid Applications qualifications Must enjoy working as part of an organization, demonstrate sound management capability and be able to train and motivate others Strong analytical skills; ability to quickly identify problems and find effective solutions Sound working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook Submit your application and join our award-winning team!
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per hour
