The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and administrative skills, along with a background in dental office management, insurance coordinating and billing. This role requires effective communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while fostering a productive work environment. Duties Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining filing systems and billing systems. Supervise administrative staff and provide training development to enhance team performance. Handle phone systems and manage incoming calls professionally. Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to facilitate office activities. Implement organizational strategies to improve workflow and efficiency within the office. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed. Implement systems for efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in managing files and records. Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and clients. Experience in training development is preferred to enhance team capabilities. Background in medical office management is a plus but not mandatory.
