Job Description
About Premier Land Service Premier Land Service is a growing excavation, site-prep, and forestry company serving Bonner County and North Idaho. We clear land, build driveways, dig foundations, and get raw property ready for people's dream homes. We're booked out months in advance and building toward a two-crew operation — which means the office needs its own pro. The Role Part-time to start (20-30 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time as we grow. You'll be the operational backbone of the company: keeping jobs scheduled, invoices out the door, phones answered, and paperwork moving while the crews move dirt. You'll work directly with the owner and our project manager, and you'll run a modern, AI-assisted office (Jobber, QuickBooks, smart phone system) — the tools handle the busywork, you bring the judgment. What you'll own: Scheduling and dispatch coordination for field crews Invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up (QuickBooks) Answering phones — the first voice new customers hear Job records in our CRM (Jobber): every job, client, and lead kept current Permit paperwork and vendor coordination General office administration: filing, mail, supplies, insurance certificates Room to grow into: payroll support, marketing coordination, and helping build the systems for our 2027 expansion. What we're looking for: 2+ years in office administration, bookkeeping, dispatch, or similar — construction/trades office experience is a big plus Comfortable with QuickBooks (or similar) and quick to learn new software Organized, self-directed, and unflappable when the phone and the door go off at the same time Professional and friendly with customers — you're the voice of the company Local to the Sandpoint/Sagle/Ponderay area (this is an in-office role) Pay and terms: $20-$24/hour depending on experience Part-time to start (20-30 hrs/week, schedule flexibility for the right person), growing to full-time Year-round position — our field crews are seasonal, but the office runs all four seasons Paid federal holidays after 90 days No health benefits at this time; benefits are planned as the company grows 90-day introductory period with review To apply: send a resume and tell us in two or three sentences about the busiest office you've ever kept running. Premier Land Service LLC is an equal opportunity employer. Employment is contingent on verification of eligibility to work in the U.S.
