Role Description The Office Manager supports the day to day operations of our growing business, by handling administrative, operational, scheduling, and office management responsibilities. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Further, this role will split time between supporting the general needs of the business as well as directly supporting senior management.Requirements:
Manage daily office operations and administrative functions Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors professionally Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships Maintain electronic and paper filing systems Coordinate shipping, receiving, and mail distribution Maintain office equipment and coordinate with building maintenance Support management with administrative needs Ensure confidentiality of company and employee information Support and/or lead special projects and event planning Associate's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Qualifications 3-5 years of office administration or office management experience Experience in a small business environment preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Vendor management Customer service Calendar management Problem-solving and attention to detailCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
?Office hours are 7:00am- 4:15 pm Monday
- Thursday and on Friday 7:00 am
- 12: pm. The compensation range for this position will be $45,000
- 55,000 annually based on experience.
